Whether we document just the mama, mama + partner, or the entire family - it's my goal that we make the entire process smooth from start to finish.

We love a good solo maternity session! When going solo, you have so much time to accomplish several looks! Kaitlin is a goddess and I can't pick a favorite look!

Delaney's vision for her maternity session was to lean into the southwest cowboy culture that runs deep in Arizona. And there HAD to be a horse.
I found the most beautiful ranch with lush green pasture, and the sweetest horse.
It just so happened her session took place on a night when a monsoon was rolling through so we had not only a beautiful sunset, but also gorgeous clouds.

This little boy won the lottery being born into the sweetest family.
We had a nice, relaxed morning getting to know Akello and see him with his brother and his parents.

GRETA
Greta was a perfect little angel for her session. She only needed to eat a couple times, but otherwise was a sleepy little peanut for most of the time.
We were able to incorporate several important family heirlooms into this session, making this extra special.
It was an honor to be invited back to capture another of this family's milestones.

I suggest scheduling a maternity session between 28 and 34 weeks. I suggest getting your newborn session scheduled before birth.

1. Say Hello
2. SET THE DATE
Confirming your date is the number one most important step in the portrait process. All other details will be planned after that.
For Maternity sessions, schedule between 28 and 34 weeks, typically.
For Lifestyle Newborn sessions, we will schedule around your due date, and plan to have the session within the first two weeks of life. Life happens and if we need to have your session after two weeks you will still have priority in my schedule - I plan for hiccups!
For Fresh 48's we will plan for that first or second day in the hospital. Those typically take place in the morning. We will also use your due date to schedule.
I only take a set number of fresh 48's and lifestyle newborn sessions per month to ensure flexibility of unpredictable birth.
For maternity sessions I will send you all my specialized planing guides: location guide, style guide, client closet
You can be assured I will guide you in all scenarios.
Fresh 48's are the easiest to plan - we generally already know location, we are just waiting on baby's debut!
For Lifestyle Newborns you just need to decide if you'd like to do it in your home or in a lifestyle studio. I will send over a Style Guide to get the aesthetic dialed in how you'd like. You're also welcome to my client closet.
3. PLANNING
We will meet on the chosen date, time, and location and execute all the things we've prepared for!
I will guide you the entire way!
The only thing I ask is you show up with an open mind and heart ready to make beautiful memories!
4. LET'S SHOOT!
Within 21 business days after your session, you will be sent all the best images from your session in an online gallery for you to choose your favorites to keep, unless you have booked a Maternity+Newborn collection - all the best images are included with collections.
I will then fine tune the edits and then send them back to you to keep.
I also have a professional printer conveniently attached to your online gallery so that you can create tangible artworks to display in your home to cherish daily!
